Print Room Manager Within Large Government Organisation Based in Sloane Square

We currently have Print Room Manager position available on a permanent contract based in our clients London office, off Sloane Square. Salary £14k + bonus
The Print Room Manager is solely responsible for running and maintaining a print room within a large governmental organization. Day to day duties include scanning and registering invoices, printing, copying and binding documents, checking and ordering toners, and simple maintenance for the client, co-coordinating maintenance call-outs for equipment, both locally and regionally. Use of Microsoft Office Suite.
They will be in charge of all postal services within the building, and occasionally cover switchboard for which full training will be provided
The successful candidate must be self motivated, approachable, and able to interface with all the clients’ members of staff. experience of Microsoft office software and use of copiers / printers would be useful, though not mandatory. Located in safe and secure office premise in SW1, the hours are 9.00-5.30 Monday through Friday excluding bank and public holidays.
Full details of the role, including statement of duties and selection criteria will be made available to interviewees. The job holder will be responsible to the Facilities Director offsite and report to the clients Office Services Manager
Applicants must be prepared to travel to SW1 for 9.00 every weekday
Closing date for applications will be 21st July and interviews will be held in London the following week, with a view to starting training later in the week, and commencement on the 7th August - though the start date may be extended.
