Retail Assistant - Charity Shop [Zero Hours]
We are looking for a Retail Assistant to support the efficient running of Brix Charity Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to really interact with the local community of Bromley whilst working at Brix.
This role will require you to assist and support the Retail Supervisor in the overall running of the shop whilst promoting a high level of customer service with members of the public promoting Mission Care Vales and Ethos. You will assist in the pricing and organising of merchandise and managing stock rotation. You will be enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude that has confidence and experience in working with members of the public and the ability to make a positive impression on others.
Key Responsibilities
• Greeting customers
• Be knowledgeable about Mission Care, their values and ethos
• Promoting campaigns
• Assisting customers
• Processing cash and card payments including donations.
• Implementing Gift Aid
• Work with volunteers
• Assisting with fundraising opportunities
• Stocking shelves
• Answering queries from customers.
• Keeping the shop tidy and clean
• Attaching price Tags to products
