REPORTING TO: General Manager
7.50-8.50 p/h depending on experience.
We are looking to recruit a retail assistant to work at our beautiful pop-up shop located on the Kings Road, SW3, as well as work within our head office.
Blaiz is a London based retail platform representing luxury Latin American designers. We sell online as well as offline, providing our customer with the very best and newest items from Latin America. Think beautiful dresses, bikinis and much much more!
The successful applicant will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine love for premium customer service and fashion business in general.

Understanding of excel, word and power point.
Customer Service- To maintain at all times a professional, informative level of customer service. Exceptional service levels to all customers.
To maintain at all times a professional level of customer service, by offering a friendly but professional welcome to every customer.
To provide a “greet and shop” service, to escort customers to interested areas/ merchandise within the shop, assist with merchandise descriptions and product information.
Advise customers on any exclusive products, promotions and events.
To introduce customers to the retail concept and explain online store, showroom, and mail order services.
Quality of Merchandise- Ensure that all merchandise for sale is of perfect quality. Ensure merchandise is displayed properly and to a high standard. Every item moved/ tried on by a customer must be put back properly.
Cash Handling- Keep close control of all till procedures and investigate any discrepancies and report serious errors to the Manager immediately.
Cleanliness- Ensure that the shop and back area are frequently cleaned during the day to maintain high standards of cleanliness, with no interruption to customers. Periodically clean till area with disinfectant. There should not be any waste, or personal items on or around the till area.
Epos and PDQ- Must have epos and PDQ experience and able to process payments/ refunds and move stock.
Monitor storage of goods to maintain stock control.
Inventory Checks- On a monthly basis, complete full stock checks.
Cash Handling- Bank all takings daily
External functions- Be available periodically to attend company functions outside of normal working location, with prior notification.
Must be fluent in English and must hold legal right to work in the UK.
