A great opportunity has become available for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to take on this very high profile Bistro in the heart of the Putney. As Restaurant Manager you will manage a large team and report directly to the Head of Restaurants on site.
Well, our places are warm and welcoming with a unique combination of traditional French Bistro… with a Spice twist. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients.

Job title: Restaurant Manager
The role requires the following skills and qualifications:
• A strong individual with the ability to manage 10-15 People and lead a large team.
• Past Experienced as a Wine/Sommelier in a 4*/5* luxury hotel or destination restaurant.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Hands on approach and enjoying being part of the team.
• Responsible for the smooth management of a busy restaurant.
• Responsible for the purchasing and payments to the suppliers.
• Ability to Train and Recruit, Manage and develop your team.
