We are an award winning gastro pub with a 50 seat restaurant two private dining rooms and two bars.
A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager has become available at the acclaimed Crooked Well in Camberwell. Working alongside our young and enthusiastic team.
Independent, and free of tie the Crooked well is looking for a  motivated hands on customer facing Restaurant Manager who can take the Crooked Well to the next level.
Working within the parameters set by the Directors, the Restaurant Manager will ensure the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis answering to the Directors.
A hands-on approach, a willingness to lead from the front are a must. A big smile, bags of enthusiasm and a can do attitude are the qualities best suited to help run this busy venue.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

Ensuring customer relations are Maintained and improved upon at this gorgeous venue.
Staff training and well being
Staff retention
FOH Rota and managing holiday request
Overseeing the bar and bar ordering
Cash handling
Key handling
Help drive marketing ideas
Social Media management

Pay and Package;

Hourly rate of pay £12.50 per hour
Flexible Shifts
Upto 28 days holiday paid per year
