We are a dynamic and iconic artistic venue based on the bank of the river Thames SE1, operating a diverse and lively business that incorporates a busy Restaurant and Bar, theatre outlets with high profile events spaces.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and Restaurant Manager with a strong background in the industry to join and grow with our company at the renowned Globe Theatre.
Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and sense of humour are a must! As is flexibility and commitment to hard work.
Expectations will be to:
- Have a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- Develop and lead service to an extremely high standard
- Recruit and train the team
- Plan staffing levels to budget
