Restaurant  Manager  -  Cheam  - 30k
My client requires a Restaurant Manager for a French Brasserie based in Cheam.

Minimum of 2 years' operational experience in a Casual Dining restaurant environment including staff management and training.
The ideal candidate has a real passion for delivering outstanding customer service as well as excellent knowledge of French food, wine, liquor and champagnes. You will have a high standard of personal presentation, previous experience from a similar environment and excellent command of the spoken and written language.

Excellent communication skills within a team and towards Management.
To assist the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant.
A good knowledge of food and wine pairing.
Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Ability to use resources and finances appropriately.
experience dealing with the public and customer complaints.
You will have a friendly and efficient manner.
Ability to commit to lead a team to maintain the highest standard of service at all times.
As Restaurant Manager you will be in control of Operational Equipment and stock control.
Solid knowledge of beverage control and stock rotation.
As the Restaurant Manager you will drive sales and motivate team members.
Computer knowledge and efficient to use Microsoft programs.

Salary:   £30,000
Hours:   5 days from 7
