Charlotte's Group is an independent, award-winning, leading British hospitality group, with 3 different sites in West London and we are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager in Charlotte's Place in Ealing Common.
Charlotte's Place is a charming 48 seat neighbourhood restaurant serving lunch and dinner 6 days a week, currently holding 2 Rosettes and working towards a Michelin star.
Good knowledge and a keen interest in wine is essential as the wine list plays a significant role in the business. Our menus change monthly and focus on the finest British seasonal ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the country. A keen interest in contemporary British food is therefore also a pre-requisite.
Attitude and aptitude are as important to this role as front of house experience. This is a crucial appointment for us and we really are looking for an exceptional candidate who wants to contribute to the continued success of our business and grow with us as we look to the future, especially as we are currently working towards a Michelin star in the not too distant future.
We offer:
• £28k - £30k p/a
• Full Time
• 28 days paid holiday
