Receptionist Inamo Restaurant - Immediate start - Opportunity to earn £11ph including tronc
Inamo is a pioneering Oriental fusion restaurant and bar where the control of the dining experience is placed firmly in the guests hands. Our mission is to provide delicious cuisine with charming and timely service in a warm and vibrant atmosphere.
We are seeking strong, experienced, full and part time RECEPTIONISTS on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must come from quality restaurant background and be customer focused, organised and highly professional. They will display:
• High level of professionalism and reliability in a restaurant environment
• A fantastic grasp of the English language.
• A warm and often used smile
• A strong and friendly phone manner
• Knowledge of restaurant booking systems such as OPENTABLE.
• Capability of running a busy reception desk in a sizeable restaurant
Typical duties may include but not be limited to:
• Answering the telephones, taking and maximising bookings.
• Meeting, greeting and seating guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
• Use of the EPOS system at all stages of service
• Be available to work any given day of the week; the restaurant is in operation 7 days per week.
Wages are highly competitive, including tronc
