The job role of Reservations Agent:
SUSHISAMBA® and Duck and Waffle are an extremely busy, fast paced fine-dining operations, offering the most superior cuisine and dining experience to our guest.
The Reservations Agent at SUSHISAMBA® and Duck and Waffle is an important role for the operation of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities for Reservations Agent:

Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
Communicating clearly and effectively with guests and co-workers.
Answer telephones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting.
Answer all email enquiries promptly, accurately and with appropriate templates, if necessary.
Receive and record guests’ dining reservations on Quadranet, correctly and appropriately.

Core Skills and Requirements for Reservations Agent:

Knowledge of IT systems (Quadranet preferred)
Excellent English spoken and reading skills.
Flexible hours
Prior industry-related restaurant experience preferred.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, written and verbal English language skills.
Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
Must be prompt, courteous and reliable
