Reservations and Bookings Assistant required for a multi-site bar group!
We are a rapidly expanding company with a large number of bars across London, with several new openings coming soon, so we need to to expand our reservations team!
We are looking for an engaging, efficient and organised member of staff to work in our central reservations department. You will be based externally from the bars, managing all reservation enquiries and reporting directly to the reservations manager in the head office based near Old Street.
The right applicant will need excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have great multi tasking capabilities. Charm, energy and enthusiasm are a must.
What are We are looking for in you?
- experience working in a similar role in a hospitality business.
- experience using Design My Night or a similar reservation management system.
- A high level of written and spoken English is essential. You must also posses excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Word, and Excel.
We are currently looking for a part time team member to work 3 to 4 days a week, and also cover holidays. As we expand there may be the option of more hours if desired. Week day shifts are currently 12-8pm or 10am-6pm and weekends are 11am-4pm. This role will include working weekends, so would suit someone who is currently studying, however there is flexibility regarding shifts for the right candidate.
