We are currently recruiting for a warm and friendly experienced Reservationist, to join our Artist Residence family.
You will be responsible to support our busy reservations department by providing a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests and team.
This is a great role for someone who is in the hospitality industry or has customer service experience and would like to step off the floor and try something new.
We can train you on the systems, but a bubbly, warm and caring personality is a must!
Main Responsibilities:
-Dealing with individual reservations.
-Dealing with telephone and website room reservations.
-Monitoring of all booking channels.
-Maximising revenue.
-Identifying sales opportunities.
-General office administration duties.
-You are passionate about people and know how to make them feel warm and welcomed
We want you if:
-You have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
-You have excellent telephone manner.
-You work well in a busy environment and are someone who can prioritise tasks.
-You speak additional lingos – the more the merrier
-You jump out of bed every morning full of energy and ready to take the day by the horns
-You get things done
-You’re not precious. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t. But we do like to try (almost) everything once.
-You like detail, possibly mildly OCD.
-Your glass is half full, always.
-If we get Stuck in a lift with you, we will become friend.
