Airbnb Management company Be The Air based in Shoreditch is a tech-driven hospitality management company in London. Our goal is to remove the hassle homeowners face when managing short-term rentals, and provides an array of associated services, from housekeeping by five-star hotel trained staff, professional photography, daily pricing reviews, guest relations and vetting, to interior design. It also facilitates property listings across multiple short-stay platforms including Airbnb, Trip Advisor and Booking.com.
At the moment we are employing reservation agents, rescue couriers and general maintenance guy to deal with day to day operations.
Reservation agents // PA:

Must have perfect written and spoken English.
Proven experience with managing properties on Booking.com, Airbnb.
Proven experience with channel manager
Be able to work in the team and under pressure.
Degree preferable however not essential

Duties: Administrative / customer service tasks of our properties in London. Deposit collections and refunds. Other administrative tasks.
We offer permanent position for successful candidate. Payment £8 per hour + bonuses.
Minimum 5 times per week, 8 hours per day.
Rescue // delivery runners:

To be based in our London HQ but on call for emergency check-ins and incidents in the field.
To help support all frontline teams when on shift and or in the office.
To work on a mix of operations and guest experience work, helping us to coordinate our growing number of London guests.
To help facilitate emergency logistics during your shift, for example delivering keys, coordinating with housekeepers, solving lock-outs etc.
To work a mix of day, evening shifts

Duties:

Someone looking for an exciting, frontline role within a fast-paced Startup.
Practical experience, whether as a handyman or general helper.
experience of shift work, preferably including nights.
A people person who is comfortable conversing with guests, drivers, housekeepers and everyone in between.
Basic DIY skills will be required

A vehicle, whether bike, motorbike will be needed. Fuel costs will be covered by Be The Air LTD.

Payment: £8 per hour. At least 3 hours per day. 3 times per week.
Position can become permanent for the right candidate.
Handyman:

Dealing with general maintenance of our properties in Central London.

Part - time position, can become permanent for the right candidate.
Payment: Agreed payment, pricework depending on the project.
