Joining as a Trainee/Researcher, you will work in partnership with the Directors and Consultants of the firm on recruitment projects within Finance, Corporate and Dispute Resolution.
The role will involve:
Meeting candidates and clients of the firm in relation to projects we are executing and pitching for.
Identifying, researching and approaching candidates for recruitment projects Montresor is running on behalf of law firms and financial institutions.
Developing and managing relationships with individuals working within a core market (either finance, corporate or disputes), and building an expert understanding of the sector.
Coordinating interviews and other meetings between the Montresor consultants, candidates and clients.
Acting as a first point of contact for new candidates approaching the firm for the first time, including managing the firm’s advertising.
Managing the information the firm keeps on individuals working with our core areas of practice.
What we're looking for?
You will be a graduate from a top university preferably with some legal academic qualifications, who is interested to look at recruitment either as a career or as a stop gap before commencing future legal training or studies. You will be outgoing, bright, and ideally have some prior sales experience.

Most involve joining a large contingent recruiter as one of a number of similar hires, a small number of whom will still be with the firm the following year. This is different.
