Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Research and Public Policy Officer to join the team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a salary of £36,000 per annum.
Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. Our combined scale and strong focus on London will uniquely position us to revolutionise housing delivery and redefine best practice – and you will be central to making it happen.

This is an exciting time to join the Research and Public Policy team as a Research and Public Policy Officer. Peabody’s increased scale, and unique place in the London housing market means that it can use its research and policy work to help deliver the organisation’s mission and give a voice to those in need across relevant housing-related policy debates.
The new organisation will be a significantly larger, more diverse organisation, employing over 3,000 people. This Research and Public Policy Officer is a challenging role, part of a growing business and adding significant value by providing excellent customer service across the new organisation. The Research and Public Policy Officer role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships with key colleagues across the organisation.
