Recruitment Manager in London

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team, an established hospitality and catering recruitment agency in North London.
You will need to be highly organised and have attention to detail. This is a demanding role as it requires high volume recruitment. You will be recruiting for junior and mid-senior positions both externally and internally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in hospitality and catering recruitment. Previous work background in the hospitality industry and managerial experience is beneficial as you will also be responsible for managing your recruitment team.
Requirements:
- deliver a defined recruitment process for volume recruitment
- compliance:ensuring that people have the legal status to work in the UK
- posting job adverts on various job boards
- supervising staff in the recruitment department
- attend weekly meetings
- conduct interviews on a daily basis
- liaising with the sales team regarding their staffing requirements
- ensuring the database is regularly updated
- monthly audits
- exploring new recruitment channels
There will also be targets that will need to be achieved each month. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and commission structure.
