Talent Attraction Manager / Recruitment Manager – Hotel Group Role: Talent Attraction Manager / Recruitment Manager Industry: Luxury and Lifestyle Hotel Group Locations: Head offices based in London | International group of Hotels Scope: Multi-properties role Salary: £40000We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Attraction Manager / Recruitment Manager to join the Talent Team of this Hotel Group. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy and fast-paced recruitment function through candidate management, liaising with hiring managers and interviewing candidates including senior/executive level. You will be responsible for the development, day-to-day management and delivery of an effective end-to-end recruitment strategy for your portfolio.You will be responsible for actively managing the attraction, recruitment and selection of future talent in line with the company standards, best practice guidelines and budget constraints thus ensuring that all vacancies are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. MAIN DUTIES:
Manage candidate control through a developed database Pre-screen all candidates for suitability and conduct interviews Liaise with candidates and recruitment managers (incl. HODs and General Managers)Ensure that all Job Descriptions are received and maintain an up to date database. Manage timescale efficiently to replace headcount in current business effectively Ensure that all candidates are skill tested and for senior management positions are profiled in line with the company standards and best practice guidelines. Handle all communication in regards to the recruitment of your portfolio Manage your recruitment budget in line with company targets and %Provide monthly report to the MD on all recruitment activity with clear statistical information Provide the senior management team with progress reports weekly and ensure that you are developing the department along with the development of the company.
experience/qualifications required:
Currently be a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager within the Hospitality industry (Hotels and Resorts; Private Members Club, Luxury Retail; Cruise line; etc.)Currently be part of a large corporation or oversee a multi-property portfolio Budget control experience is essential. Must understand the Luxury environment Must have excellent organisation and communication skills but orally and in writing. Must be used to working to tight deadlines Fluent in English (second language an advantage: French or Italian)
