Daisy Chain Childcare Recruitment specialises in the supply of qualified nursery staff working within the Early Years sector. As the company expands we are looking to take on a number of additional experienced consultants over the coming months. We have recently purchased stunning new offices located in central Beckenham to accommodate further growth plans. Opportunities are available recruiting permanent and temporary cover staff to recruit for nurseries across London and the home counties. You will be joining a friendly, dynamic team in a growing company providing an exceptional service and using a professional and personable approach with clients and candidates.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Daisy Chain you will be recruiting for all levels of nursery staff from Unqualified Nursery Assistants up to Area Managers. Within the team areas are split geographically by consultants so you will be given a particular area of London to recruit for and please note opportunities are available to work on a ‘warm’ desk. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a very fast paced demanding role that requires a forward thinker and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve personal and company targets. In return for this you will receive an excellent basic salary, a very generous non-capped commission structure as well as flexible working hours and other great benefits! You will be given full training and support from our Recruitment Director and Office Administrators.
Requirements
Proven success in recruitment with at least 12 months experience ideally in Early Years or similar
Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success.
experience of maintaining and building upon excellent relationships with clients/candidates
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years recruitment desirable
Be highly organised and flexible with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations
A confident and relaxed telephone manner
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build credible internal and external relationships.
