Due to expansion plans we are now looking for a junior recruitment consultant to join our office in Southgate and become a part of a busy, successful team. Basic salary is negotiable + amazing commission percentage on new business brought in.

We are looking for a young energetic person who is not afraid of picking up the phone, talking to clients and candidates alike. The successful candidate will be working in the fast paced temporary workers division.
You do not need to have any recruitment experience, just a willingness to learn and the attitude to work hard. If you want a 9-5 job this is not for you. This is really is the job that the more you put in, the more you get out of it. Pen pushers need not apply.
You will receive full training and guidance and you will also be giving great opportunities to progress your career quickly. Some knowledge of construction would be a benefit but not essential. Any candidate with the right attitude and aptitude regardless of experience will be considered.
