As a Recruitment Consultant it will be your job to win/obtain new business in the Hospitality and Catering, Health care or transport and aviation sector. This will depend on your experience and background.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will also gathering candidate names, Telephone interviewing / screening candidates, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
The Role:
The ideal candidate would have 12-18 months resourcing, research or recruitment admin Knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
* Resourcing for active roles within the sectors we work within.
* Administrative duties
* Conducting interviews for candidates, either over the phone or face-to-face
* Understanding our Commercial clienteles job requirements
* Writing job advertisements which attract suitable candidates.
* Matching candidate CVs to job requirements
* Conduction candidate registrations
* Conducting interviews with candidates, either over the phone or face-to-face
* Ensuring candidates are fully compliant with the client's requirements and that all necessary documents and certificates have been collected and verified.
* Accurately adding details to a database
* Submitting candidate CVs and documents to clients
* Building an extensive bank of candidates for various job types
What we are looking for;
You will have at least 12 - 18 months experience as a recruitment resourcer, preferably from a Commercial background working on permanent positions.
We will expect you to have experience of working according to targets with a proven track record. You will have a naturally friendly attitude and be prepared to work hard, with a natural ability to communicate.
The hours are 08:30 - 17:30 hrs with some out of hours working required.
Salary of GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 plus generous bonuses, OTE £35,000 YEAR ONE.
