This company has been operating for the last 3 Years and has been supplying to over 40 NHS Hospitals across the UK
As part of this company's ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for a consultant. You will be joining an already established and successful company who are looking for the right team member to keep the momentum going, and the branch moving from strength to strength.
As a Consultant, you will liaise on a daily basis with staff and clients, take bookings from clients and match their needs to their extensive and experienced pool of Nurses, Carers and Support Workers.
You will be proactive in selling their services and driving the business forward by forging strong relationships with existing clients and candidates.
Hours of work:
09.00 to 17.00
Monday to Friday
Salary is negotiable based on experience and will increase after the probationary period
OTE 35K - 55K
The Commission Structure is the best in the Healthcare Industry (10-30%)
Business Development Training can be provided to the right candidate

Duties include;
- Management of candidate hunting and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date
- Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to
- Telephone screening and carrying out face to face interviews
- Candidate compliance
Qualities Required;

- The desire to 1 1 day be a team leader - a business development manager - a head of division

- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Be highly motivated
