The Position:
TBC is looking to appoint an outstanding Recruitment Consultant/Trainee to join our existing and successful team based in Hanger Lane W5. The two key functions of this role are firstly, selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face and secondly, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.

The Package:
Everyone who joins the company will be rewarded with a basic salary, plus an uncapped commission scheme, after full training. TBC operates a company car/ allowance scheme, (after a qualifying period). Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday 8 per annum, rising to 33 days after 2 years employment and inclusive of statutory holidays.
Hours of Work:
0800 - 1730 Monday - Friday.
Salary £19,000 - £22000 base plus fantastic commission scheme.
