Berkeley Scott Temps expanded in January 2022 to West London and after an incredible start to the year we are now looking for a for a driven and passionate front of house recruiter to join the team. From day to day we assist various catering companies and venues with a range of staff from waiters and events  staff across London. You will be responsible for recruiting front of house candidates, matching, selling and placing into new or existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come on board and help develop the next chapter of Berkeley Scott in West London. Previous recruitment experience is not essential but having a strong understanding of the hospitality industry is a must.  If you are a staffing manager, manager and  looking to retain your industry knowledge but want to step away from the industry then this may be for you.The ability to sell our services to new clients is key as this will play a vital role in enhancing and growing The Berkeley Scott Brand in a new location.  Supplying temporary staff is demanding at times, so the ability to think on your feet and organise your time effectively is essential.Due to this new office being located in west London, please only apply if you live within this area.
