Frith Hanson is its markets leading bilingual Agency operating out of Central London. We are a fast growing recruitment business with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience.
We are looking for a determined and tenacious individual who will push hard for success as a recruiter. We need someone who is passionate, target driven and have the ability to deal credibly with your clients and candidates building relationships. You’ll enjoy working in our fast paced, challenging yet supportive, fun and sociable environment.
Duties include:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for current roles
- Achieving certain sales KPIs such as fees, candidates, registrations etc.
- Taking enquiries from clients and candidates via the phone and email
- Discussing client requirements with them in a detailed consultation
- Write candidate CVs and profiles using our extensive candidate database to record job details and candidate information
- Arranging for relevant compliance checks
- All associated recruitment admin tasks - referencing etc.
- Find new and emerging ways of attracting candidates
This Recruitment Consultant position is Monday to Friday in Central London and career progression is fast and rewarding for those that put in the work for it. An excellent level of written and spoken English is required and other spoken languages are a bonus.
