This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join a fast growing and highly successful cleaning services company as their in-house recruiter.
They are urgently looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant / account manager to help source staff primarily for a major project that has just been won in the city.
In the role as Internal Recruitment Consultant you will primarily be recruiting for all levels of staff for this cleaning services company.
As well as cleaners you will also be recruiting front of house managers, team leaders plus help desk, administrative and compliance staff. You will be responsible for sourcing and telephone interviewing potential candidates for the managing director.
This is a fast paced demanding role that requires a forward thinker and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve personal and company targets. In return for this you will receive an excellent basic salary, a very generous non-capped commission structure as well as flexible working hours and other great benefits!
Requirements
Proven success in recruitment with at least 12 months experience
Any experience recruiting all levels with cleaning business, facilities management or similar sector would be preferable
Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success.
experience of maintaining and building upon excellent relationships with clients/candidates
Be highly organised and flexible with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A confident and relaxed telephone manner
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build credible internal and external relationships
A professional and personable approach with clients and candidates.
