Construct Recruitment are looking for a 360 Consultant to take over a warm perm/management desk in our office in Acton.We have been operating since 2000. We have built our reputation on integrity and quality. We operate mainly in the High Spec Residential Refurb and Commercial Fit-out spaces with a list of loyal, long standing clients that we are very proud of.The role will focus mainly on production operatives with an already established list of contractors out on a long term basis. You will inherit this desk with the view to not only grow the list of contractors but also the freedom to make perm placements in the following roles:Site Managers Project Managers Contracts Managers Quantity Surveyors Assistants of all of the aboveWe are looking for a seasoned consultant to come in and make this role their own. Base salary of £24k with commissions paid immediately from day one up to 40% based on billings Construction recruitment or sales experience is desired however, professionals from other industries will be considered and are welcome to apply.
