A Friendly and supportive recruitment company in North West London are currently seeking a compliance recruitment consultant to join the team to assist the business with searching and vetting candidates, as well as helping the sales team with ensuring candidates are ready to work.
About you:
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• A desire to work in the construction recruitment industry
• Enthusiasm, ambition and drive
• Well organised with the ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
• A clear and concise command of the English Language
• experience with compliance and referencing
• Ideally recently graduated or from a strong sales background.
Duties:
• Searching the database for suitable applicants
• Pre-screening candidates for registrations
• Referencing
• Searching internet based job boards for potential candidates
• Networking within contacts in order to obtain referrals for suitable candidates
• Qualifying and matching candidates skills and experience against available job
opportunities
• Building up a portfolio of candidates who are discreetly searching the job market
• Generating leads for the Sales Consultants
• Managing your time effectively and prioritising your workload to hit regular
targets
Working hours: 9.00am - 06.00pm Mon – Fri
Hourly rate: £9.00 per hour + Holiday pay
Job Type: Full-time.
