Contract Options is currently recruiting a BOH Consultant to join our busy Chef's and Porters desk in our London office. Ideally from a catering and hospitality career you will thrive on the pressure and challenges that we all love about the industry and be ready for a new challenge. This is a Monday - Friday role with core hours of 8am-5.30pm and will involve business development to grow the desk to it's full potential.
Core Duties
Resourcing, interviewing and registering new team members
Calling existing clients to ascertain immediate or future staffing requirements
Identifying areas for new business development
Ensuring staff have arrived to work and gaining feedback after their shift
Managing your own payroll and admin duties
Visiting both current and new clients to understand their needs
The Person
Fun, lively person to join our friendly and hardworking team
Dedicated and driven personality
Background in hospitality at a management level
Organised and punctual
Desire to drive business and earn the rewards that brings
Standard driven
