Part Time Recruitment Consultant with location in Fulham
Salary: Negotiable Dependant of experience - Basic + Commission
Permanent - Part Time - (27 hours per week) 3 Days per week: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 8.30/9am - 5.30pm
We are a Childcare Company providing few services with Children; matching the right Nannies/Babysitters for our Clients working in their own homes and providing staff for Nurseries and Schools.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our small team in Fulham.
As a Childcare and Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of recruiting, matching, selling and placing candidates to new and existing clients, as well as bringing new ideas to develop the company.
Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, but we are more interested in finding the right person for our team. If you have sales or customer service experience, have a positive attitude and love working in a fast paced environment, please do apply, as we would love to hear from you.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in the following;
• Processing DBS applications and reference checking
• Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business
• Sourcing candidates to match your clients' recruitment needs
• Advertising vacancies in a professional and attractive manner, in order to find the best candidates
• Uploading vacancies and managing job boards
• Thoroughly Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews with your clients
• Negotiating offers between your clients and candidates
Successful Recruitment Consultant Candidates will need to be
• Fully competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative.
• Must also be very organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a must, also be hard working and motivated.
• Be highly sociable with an ability to develop relationships with clients and candidates, and able to prioritise your daily work load.
• Be enthusiastic and happy with targets and deadlines, previous sales or recruitment experience.
