We are currently seeking a Recruitment/ Human Resources and Administrative Assistant to join our very busy team based in our prestigious head office in Belgravia – Central London. This is a very unique and interesting role as you will be working for a small group of companies on a part time basis for 3 days per week.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the full employee journey from interviewing, recruitment, induction to exit aswell as dealing with all Human Resources related issues. You will also provide administrative support to the Directors PA. You must be proactive, have the ability to take charge and work in a very busy and fast paced environment. You must be able to work well with people and have a firm but friendly approach.
The Requirements:
• Devising and placing job adverts.
• Uploading adverts onto recruitment websites, searching for CVs, liaising with recruitment agencies, organising interviews and work trials where required.
• Carrying out first round of interviews and sending and chasing references.
• Completion of contracts for all new employees along with checking proof of ID.
• Maintaining and managing the holiday system which is already in place.
• Acting as first point of contact for all Human Resources related issues and offering advice to Managers and employees as and when required.
• Ensuring all departments and employees are all complying with the company policies and procedures set in place.
• Setting up and conducting disciplinary hearings and carry out dismissals where required.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to act on own initiative.
• Ability to maintain and build relationships. The firm but friendly approach is a must.
• Providing general administrative support to the Company Directors PA.

• Experienced in Human Resources Assistance and interviewing potential candidates.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Highly organised, with a systematic approach to tasks, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Previously worked in a similar role in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate on all different levels.
• Excellent written skills to devise job adverts and respond to online reviews.
• Can do attitude.
