This is an amazing full-time, permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy, friendly Human Resources team, which offers a comprehensive in-house service to all the departments within Tate Enterprises and Tate Catering. This includes all our Retail and Catering outlets within the four Tate Galleries, as well as Tate Publishing and other revenue-generating departments.

The Recruitment Administrator will be based at our offices in the Blavatnik Building at Tate Modern. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all recruitment activities for all vacancies within Tate Catering and Tate Enterprises. The role involves communicating with department managers, internal and external candidates and with some external providers.

The successful candidate will:
• Have great experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or customer service environment, and demonstrate excellent administrative skills.
• Have terrific organisational skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Demonstrate superb attention to detail, and a methodical, quick approach to work.
