We are a unique organisation who specialises in providing complex care services to our clients throughout the UK and are now recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and providing general administrative support to the recruitment function. Main Duties:
Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the requirements of the business brief Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures Monitor responses/applications received and ensure candidates applications are processed efficiently Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liasing with the candidates and internal teams Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships Understand and meet agreed KPIS and targets Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation Provide support to ensure that the candidates receive a professional recruitment service at all times Seek and provide feedback to candidates Organise candidate open days, job fairs and exhibitions Accurate recording of all candidate information Use job boards, social media and other sources to attract and source candidates.
experience and Skills Required
Previous experience within recruitment Knowledge of job boards and CV searching facilities Self motivated and able to identify opportunities Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to prioritise Customer focused approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstratable questionning and listening skills Innovative wihin candidate attraction Able to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to change Effective time management and organisational skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Car driver desirable Flexible and adaptable to work at job fairs and events.
