WeAreTalent are looking for a Hospitality Recruiter to recruit for some of London's most iconic venues.
This isn't a job for the faint hearted. It is both Challenging and rewarding. You wil be expected to support these clients from a staffing and recruitment perspective, you will be responsible for building and training a team of staff and delivering a service in line with the clients expectations. You must be well planned, Organisied and be able to think on your feet. Hospitality experience is essential. Ideally some recruitment experience as well.
In return we are offering a market leading salary, 30 days holiday a year, flexible working hours to cover 5/7 days a week, an amazing team to work in, training, and we will provide you with the tools to deliver what we expect. There is a clear bonus structure based on the financial performance of your clients and the progression to become a divisional manager in the future.
