We are a private health and lifestyle clinic looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us here in our busy Central London location. This is a great opportunity for a well organised, efficient individual, offering exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting clients at the clinic.
Professionally handling telephone and email communications.
Delivering an exceptional level of care to a high profile and varied clientele.
Ensuring correct data inputting, invoicing and account management.
Ensuring the housekeeping of the building is maintained to a high standard.
Liaising effectively with various medical professionals.
Management of bookings for all practitioners using Emma diary system.
Skills required:
Previous reception/ administrative experience essential, ideally in a medical practice.
Database management inputting skills ideally with the EMMA medical records system.
Articulate and professional interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with a variety of patients and medical professionals whilst exercising discretion at all times.
experience in taking and processing payments and creating invoices.
experience of general housekeeping duties within a clinical environment.
Solid IT skills and experience, particularly of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Interest in general health and wellbeing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
