Reception / Admin Assistant Vacancy at Flame Tree Publishing (London)
Illustrated books, calendar and stationery publisher, Flame Tree Publishing, is looking for an intelligent and motivated team member to support the customer service and sales teams.
The successful candidate must have confidence on the telephone, and will be responsible for receiving and sending all post/packages and welcoming guests. Other duties will include sending out catalogues, samples and sales information, order processing, helping to organise trade fairs and exhibitions, supporting the sales team with customer queries and general administration tasks.
Relevant experience is preferable though not essential, the candidate must be a flexible fast learner, who is not afraid to ask questions. They will have the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and an abundance of common sense. General computer literacy and proficiency in Excel and Word is essential. Office experience is desirable though not essential.
Salary commensurate with experience.
