We are currently seeking a Reliable and Friendly Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team on a permanent basis.
Candidates should have the following qualities:
- Very good spoken and written English
- Reliable and Punctual
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team
- Well presented
- Good organisation skills
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Arranging bookings with clients
- Replying to customer emails
- Providing clients with regular updates
- Managing our fleet of courtesy cars
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Salary: Negotiable.
