We now have an opportunity for full time Receptionist to join our friendly team!
You must have an outgoing personality and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Must be a team player with high standards of personal presentation.

Skills and Responsibilities:
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Exceptional written communication
• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
• Managing the reservations during busy shifts
• Previous experience working with "Open Table" would be an advantage
• Conducting email communication with restaurant guests
• Acknowledging guests’ feedback with generosity and empathy
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and full of personality with a can-do attitude
• Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests
• Confident in both email and telephone communication
• experience in handling guest feedback with the confidence to communicate this to the management team
• A passion for learning
• Maintaining excellent communication with other departments of the restaurant
Full Training will be provided to the right candidate.
