THE ROLE
We are currently looking to recruit a competent Receptionist / Secretary to join our well-established team. You will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:
- Reception duties, Telephone duties and Administration duties
- Managing Phone calls, Taking messages , passing messages to the relevant department
- Responding to telephone calls and client enquiries
- Greeting clients / visitors at reception and dealing with general enquiries
- - Lodging court applications, if required
- Other administrative tasks
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will:
- Have some experience of working within a law firm;
- Be able to handle your own admin tasks;
- Be self-sufficient and highly motivated with excellent communication skills;
- Be able to communicate fluently in Hindi / Punjabi
- Be IT literate: MS Word and MS Excel knowledge required
- Be highly organised and be able to manage a full workload;
- Be professional, personable and efficient
- experience of working in similar office environments
SALARY OFFERED
Full Time: £17,000 per annum (gross)
