Part-time receptionist to cover lunch break, Monday to Friday between 12pm and 2pm.
The core function of this role is to be the frontline of the building and Airivo’s clients. As well as reception, and administration, the position involves supporting the Airivo management team in day to day functions and to provide assistance to Airivo’s clients where required.
Main responsibilities
• Meeting and Greeting Clients
• Telephone Answering, message taking and relaying of messages for Airivo
• Organising Meeting Rooms
• Proving support to the Airivo management team
• Other Customer Service duties (billing, invoicing, facilities etc.)
• Procurement and liaising with building suppliers
• Handling of all mail post franking services
• Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance of the facilities (daily checks of kitchens/washrooms/meeting rooms)
Competencies required:
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• experience within a serviced office environment is desirable but not essential
• Have a passion for delivering 5* Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Be Highly presentable
• Have strong career aspirations.
