Receptionist - £22,000
Property company is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide Front of House support to their team at their London offices.
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Management of the Reception area.
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Operating the switchboard; screening phone calls, taking and relaying accurate messages.
Meeting room management (incl. Refreshments for guests) and IT set up, conference calls, Wi-Fi, etc.
Ordering office supplies, including stationery, meeting room supplies and kitchen supplies.
Post distribution and franking
Courier booking (national and international)
Day to day management of service contracts: cleaning, printing, franking machine.
Reporting maintenance issues
Management of access passes for employees.
Day to day management of keys for various properties (key signing in and out, chasing, etc)
Administration support to the team
The ideal Receptionist will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Previous Reception / Front of House experience.
experience of managing a high volume of incoming calls volumes.
Professional and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail
Helpful demeanour and work on own initiative.
Enthusiasm for day to day and additional duties.
