We are an agency requiring experienced Receptionists and front of house staff to work on an.
Ad-hoc/ temporary assignments different clients that we supply to. We are looking for individuals that are well-mannered, presentable and had previous receptionist experience in the past. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a variety of high end businesses and to showcase your skills.
The key responsibilities for a Receptionist are:
Answering inbound calls and effectively using the switchboard to transfer calls.
Meeting and greeting visitors - following security signing in out protocol.
Able to handle a variety of administration duties.
Making sure you are well presented at all times and can make a good first impression with everyone you engage with.
Organising catering, couriers and other necessary arrangements.
Diary management and meeting room bookings.
The ideal candidate:
Has previously worked in admin or receptionist roles?
Are you is well-spoken and with an outstanding telephone manner?
Are you confident, helpful and well presented?
Are you able to work flexible hours and comfortable locating and travelling to various sites around central London?
