A family-owned Construction business in London is looking for an experienced Receptionist to:
Provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service.
Act as the first point of contact and ensure that all visitors and employees receive an appropriate and friendly service both on the telephone and in person.
Ensure that all enquiries are efficiently and courteously handed to the mutual satisfaction of visitors and employees.
Greet visitors/clients/employees providing an excellent first impression of the company.
Ensure reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy at all times.
Offer refreshments and announcing visitors/directing them to allocated meeting rooms.
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and in a friendly manner, forwarding calls as appropriate.
Answer questions about organization and providing callers with address, directions and other information requested.
Take messages and emailing accurate details when appropriate personnel is not available.
Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ensure all incoming mail/parcels are registered and handled appropriately.
Book couriers and organising outgoing mail; keeping registry up to date.
Book meeting rooms and maintaining the calendar ensuring it is up to date.
