The successful candidate should be humble, possess a warm and genuine nature and have the desire to enhance every guest experience.
Working with a similarly talented team, you will need to be able to work under pressure, responsible for an extremely high level of demand for reservations.
You must possess an excellent command of English both written and spoken coupled with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
Flexibility in working hours and previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin star restaurant are essential along with a complete understanding of Open Table and Microsoft Office.
