Part time Dental Receptionist
18 Hours per week/ Fridays and Saturdays
Happy kids dental practice is a growing specialist dental practice based in central London which offers a range of dental care and treatment for both children and adults, using the latest equipment in modern dental technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcoming patients at front of house
Booking appointments and checking online bookings frequently throughout the working day.
Taking payments both cash and card, reconciling end of day banking.
Answering telephone calls/enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
Admin duties will include – responding to emails on a daily basis, filing and scanning documentation and patient records, recording patient treatment fees, responding to online enquiries through our web chat.
Skills and Abilities required
Excellent experience in front house hospitality.
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
Excellent telephone manner
Organised and efficient
Well presented
