Receptionist Required - 5-star luxury apartments – Central London £9.00 per hour.
Our client is a 5-star luxury apartments company based in Central London with over 100 one to 4 bedroom apartments.
They are recruiting for a Receptionist to assist the front of house team in providing a high level of guest service to the long term guests.
The position is initially a temporary contract for 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will be working 5 shifts per week, a mixture of early (7am-3pm) and late shifts (3pm-11pm) on a Rota basis including some weekend working. 40 hours per week.
Main Duties
Co-ordinate the day to day running of the Front Desk.
Responsible for cash float and its contents.
Responsible for efficient handling and delegation of all porter service requests.
Assist guests with a Concierge service, from courier services, cinema, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, private car hire, taxis, sightseeing tours, airline bookings and any other guest requests.
Deal with all enquiries and requests from guests and visitors.
Ensure all charges are posted on to guest accounts with necessary paperwork completed.
Deal with incoming/outgoing parcels/mails.
Deal with minor complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Responsible for checking apartments before guest arrivals.
Deal with minor maintenance and report any faults to maintenance for follow up.
Responsible for distributing the duty manager report.
Ensure all colleagues are informed of arrivals, departures and in-house activities.
Any other additional tasks as requested.
Requirements
Previous similar experience.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Committed to providing a high level of guest service.
Energetic, focused and well presented.
