Oblix - Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the Oblix family, located on the 32nd floor of The Shard.

Rainer Becker, the creative force behind London’s Zuma and Roka, brings you Oblix in the iconic Shard. Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge.
This means that your role as Receptionist is really important!
The Receptionist Role:
Candidates should have previous experience within a similarly high end, high volume restaurant environment. An excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and a friendly and professional telephone manner is essential. Knowledge of the Quadranet Reservation System is preferred, however, training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This role demands an impeccable appearance and outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, candidates must have a vibrant and engaging personality.
This is a full time position based on 5 days, 7 shifts a week and it requires to work weekends.
The restaurant is open 7 days per week.
