Salary: FT £18K / PT £18K Pro Rata
**This would suit someone who lives close to the office in North Finchley London N12**
A superb opportunity has arisen for a receptionist with excellent organisational skills at an expanding Private Client Legal firm based in North Finchley.
This role calls for a patient, self-motivated and articulate individual with a flexible, confident hands-on attitude, strong initiative, excellent communication and organisation skills, and an exceptional telephone manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering and directing calls
• Client care
• General Office Maintenance and duties
• Liaising with Office Manager for stock management.
• Post
• Diary management
• Front of House
• Looking after the meeting rooms.
• Answering calls
• Administering the computerised meeting room booking system,
• Dealing with directory enquiry calls,
• Booking conference rooms
• Logging help desk calls,
• Booking meetings
• Greeting clients,
• Booking taxis,
And all other general office duties
The ideal candidate will:
• Be articulate and well spoken
• Have a professional telephone manner
• Be well presented
• Have Outstanding client care skills
• Be effective in dealing with all queries.
• Be a fast-learner and effective in adapting to new working environments.
• Will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be Diligent
• Be Hard working
• Be a Team Player
• Be Confident
• Have Excellent organisational skills
Typing skills beneficial but not essential.
This would suit someone who lives close to the office in North Finchley London N12
We will also consider part time applications but please note if you are planning to apply part time this will mean either 8.30am – 1pm/1.30pm or 1pm/1.30pm – 6pm or it may be split on a 2 and 3 day basis.
