ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist duties:
1. Including making teas and coffees for clients
2. Answering the phones.
3. Postal duties
4. Letters writing to relevant government departments and clients
5. Company secretarial work
6. Contacting and communicating with Government departments and clients
7. Meeting and greeting clients
8. General administration duties including registrations as required by colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be able to organize their work so as to ensure they meet tight deadlines and must be able to handle a heavy workload. In addition, the individual must be hospitable in greeting clients and making them feel comfortable with a professional and friendly demeanor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Background knowledge and experience in receptionist roles/company secretarial roles.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Honest and reliable individual required to start in a family founded practice. Must be able to work individually and as part of team.
