One of the biggest and best youth hostels in London Rest Up is looking for a receptionist, to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. From suitable candidate we require a ‘can do’ attitude, positive outlook, and flexibility, as you will be expected to work various shifts during the week and weekend.
The main responsibilities of this position include check-in/outs, handling customer enquiries, providing information, and support to in-house guests, as well as responding to emails in a professional manner.  Previous experience working with reservation systems and monitoring and managing availability on extranets is essential. Apart from that, the suitable applicant must have excellent communication and ‘people’ skills, as well as, high command of English, and being able to handle challenging situations.
