Our General Practitioner Practice is looking for 2 new team members to join our busy reception / admin team. You must enjoy working with the public, both face to face and over the telephone. As part of the reception / administrative team you must have strong verbal communication skills and an eye for detail. We need our new team members to be able to work a minimum of 28 hours per week, within a flexible weekly Rota system. A reference from a previous employer is essential.Our office hours are 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday. Core skills are: great verbal communication, patient focused, IT literate, team player, an eye for detail, calm under pressure and able to work flexible hours. Previous experience in a General Practitioner practice is not essential but you must have experience of working with the public, whether this in hospitality, retail or an office environment. This is a permanent position, with set number of hours per week (although you will be required to work additional hours to cover for colleagues' absences), holiday pay and pension.
